* Love Iris is not held responsible if your packaged has been opened or tampered with , the client must contact Australia post to notify them , Love Iris is not responsible for the loss of any items
* The Client agrees to the 1-2 Week turn around after payment is received, this is not including the shipping time. Faster/Express options can be made if needed at extra cost.
* Make sure follow instructions carefully on how to apply vinyl, love iris will not be held responsible for any damages to the product or vinyl in the process of applying the labels or careing for the products.
* For best results we recommend after the vinyl is applied please wait 24 hours before removing the clear contact (transfer tape) from onto of the vinyl . Please also allow 48 hours before exposing the item to water, wetting the item before the 48 hours can damage the vinyl . Please also follow these instructions when wetting the vinyl - Make sure you gentle hand wash in cold water only, Do not scrub or soak the vinyl or place the vinyl in microwave or the dishwasher.
* Love Iris is not held responsible if the vinyl or stickers that doesn't stick to a particular surface. Although our vinyl sticks onto most smooth surface items, vinyl can be temperamental and there are certain materials it will simply not stick on. Also please be wary to where you stick them as removing may damage the area and vinyl as they are not reusable. You are purchasing at your own risk, we cannot replace the labels if they do not stick on on the item.
* Please keep in mind colours of the vinyl may vary to what is shown on the screen to the actual product This is due to the fact that every screen has a different capability to display colours. We the designer cannot guarantee that the colour you see portrays the true colour of the product.
* It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that all details all correct at the check out - this is including delivery address, email address , font # , Vinyl colour and lastly vinyl words - All words are spelt correctly with lower and uppercase etc. The labels will be cut to the way you have typed the words out. (Each word is automatically cut with the first letter as a capital unless instructed not to be by the client or if the font is all in uppercase unless stated otherwise, quantity and description corresponds with the type of labels you have requested . Love Iris is not held responsible for any errors made by the client.
* Prices on labels may change without any notice if you have paid this will not effect your order.
* Measurements given by love iris of the vinyl /labels/ perspex/ acrylics or any other products from love iris are only a guide and may not be the same size of vinyl /labels/ perspex/ acrylics being cut.
