Can I place a custom order?
Yes you sure can! In fact all items are made to order . If you don't find what you are looking for you can send us an email at [email protected] with what you would like.
Where can i find what fonts are available?
Font Numbers are on the listing and can also be found in the Font Section.
Label info: All labels with 2 or more words in them may come on 2 or more lines. First letter of each word will be in UPPERCASE unless font you choose is all in UPPERCASE . If you do not want this or you are concerned about the length/height of the labels please email us.
Ordering pantry labels with more than one word in them is that one or two labels?
Words for example plain flour , self raising flour are classified as one label
How do I apply the vinyl labels?
Instructions on how to apply the vinyl will be sent out via email and post once your order is posted out to you
What size will my labels be?
Please be aware measurements on the website or given to you by love iris is only a guide. All labels vary in size due to font number and wording being used. If you are concerned about the height or length of your labels please send me an email before purchasing or simply write down in the instructions section at the check out your measurements you are wanting.
I forgot to add something to my order what do I do?
Unfortunately due to high volume we are unable to add to your order as this can cause confusion due to the amount of emails/orders we receive per day.
Are the labels easy to apply?
All our vinyl labels will come with simple step by step instructions. Please follow all instructions carefully , take your time as we are not responsible if you damage the vinyl in the process of applying it.
Where can i stick my vinyl?
Although our vinyl sticks onto most smooth surface items, vinyl can be temperamental and there are certain materials it will simply not stick on. Also please be wary to where you stick them as removing may damage the area and vinyl as they are not reusable vinyls. You are purchasing at your own risk, we cannot replace the labels if they do not stick on certain dispensers , canisters, woods, materials etc.
Are the vinyl labels removable?
Yes they are removable, but they are not reusable please keep in mind by removing the vinyl you may damage the area and vinyl.
Are the vinyl labels water proof?
After the vinyl is applied please wait 24 hours to remove the clear contact from your vinyl. You will also need to wait 48 hours before exposing the item to water, wetting the item before the 48 hours can damage the vinyl . Please also follow these instructions when wetting the vinyl - Make sure you hand wash gentle in cold water only, Do not scrub or soak the vinyl or place the vinyl in microwave or the dishwasher.

How long will it take for my order to be sent out?
As all orders are custom made the turn around time at the moment is around 1-2weeks after payment is received and this is not including shipping time. An email will be sent out once item is shipped orders are shipped via Australia post with standard Australia delivery which can take between 4-10 business days to get delivered but please keep in mind we are not liable for any delays, damages or lost goods caused by Australia Post, unfortunately once we post it its out of our control. If you are needing the item faster we can add express postage at extra cost
Can you rush my order?
Yes on our more slower months we can do rush orders. Please keep in mind fees with apply to all rush orders. Once payment is received rush orders will take around 3-4 days after payment is received for the vinyls to be sent out this is not including shipping time.We also offer express postage at extra cost. Rush Orders need to be placed via email only
How much is shipping? Our Postage and handling costs start at $3.50 for Tracking Australia wide mail- Registered Post starting at $7 - Priority Post starting at $7.50 - Express shipping envelope starting at $8.50
Do you ship Internationally?
Yes , Pricing on international Registered Postage starts at $18 .
Do you offer any Refund or Exchanges?Unfortunately due to items being custom made we can not refund or exchange items once they have been paid and approved by you. If in the unlikely event that your item arrives faulty please email [email protected] as soon as possible
